Cancellation and Refund Policy

 Cancellation Policy- Tent and RV Sites:

 15 Days or more prior to reservation, the cancellation fee is $30 or 10% of your total reservation plus the booking fee whichever is greater. If  14 days or less in advance, the cancellation fee is 100% of any payment taken.

Cancellation Policy –All Rentals:

The Cancellation Fee over 21 days prior to reservation will be the first night fee plus the booking fee.The cancellation fee on reservations within the 21-day period prior to reservation is 100% of any payment taken.

Holiday / Event Cancellations (Includes All site types)

The cancellation fee is 100% of the payment taken If the reservation is a Holiday or Event as specified by the campground. 

NO SHOW Cancellation- a reservation will be considered cancelled, with no refund given if you have not checked in by 11:00 am the day following your reservation date.                                                                                                                                                                                                        

 

 No Cancellations for weather conditions will be honored, regardless of timeframe.

Refund Policy-

Refunds on security deposits or cancellations should arrive in 7-14 Days

Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or conditions beyond our control.

No refunds will be issued for early departure or last-minute changes to the Details of your stay or guests.

No refunds will be Issued if Guest(s) is asked to leave the campgroundfor any reason
