Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cedar Valley Grove Campground does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The Cedar Valley Grove Campground refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:  

Two (2) to Three (3) week cancellation prior to the arrival date will generate a 90% refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee. 

A cancellation of eight (8) to thirteen (13) days prior to the arrival date will generate a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee.

One (1) week cancellation prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Cedar Valley Grove Campgrounds.
