Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?
Advanced Reservations are requested and must be paid in FULL at the time of booking with a credit card. If paying by check or cash, it must be done in person at the time of reservation.

ALL RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE BASED ON SITE AVAILABILITY.  As a reminder: Paying the $15 Lock Site Fee locks in a SPECIFIC SITE NUMBER, otherwise when you make a reservation without the lock-in fee, you are making a reservation for a SITE TYPE!  Reservations can be rescheduled within the same calendar year/season, and guests are responsible for any difference in rate, but Champions will NOT provide ANY refunds for a cancelled, or rescheduled, reservations.
