Park Policies

Check In / Check Out

Check in is at 3 PM EST . Early check in is not permitted.. Check out time is 11 AM EST . You do

not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check out.

Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please contact the park for instructions.

If you are staying in our park for a month or longer, we require an agreement to be signed. Please contact the park for more details.

Late checkout fee for campsites is $25 per hour (Max 2 hour).  

Late checkout fee for cabins is $50 per hour (Max 2 hour).

Site Changes

You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. Due to

reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.

Open Fires

Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in fire rings, no exceptions. Each site is

provided with a fire ring.

Parking

Do not park your vehicle, trailer, boat, or anything other in an adjacent site. Use of more than

one site will result in additional charges. Ask the office about additional parking availability.

Site and Park Navigation

Be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.

Please use main roads and designated paths to walk around the campground and obey all signage. 

Washing

Washing RVs, vehicles or ATV's is not permitted at your site.

Vehicle Policies

Speed Limit

All roads in the park have a maximum speed limit of 5 mph. Exceeding this speed limit will result

in a warning. Multiple warnings you will be asked to leave the park with no refunds.

Parking

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Extra

vehicles will need to be parked in the parking lot by the softball field, see the office for details.

Never park any vehicles on the grass. No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle

of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our garages or our

bathroom doors.

Motor Vehicles

ATV’s, Snowmobiles, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, Golf Carts and OHV’s are welcome onsite but

may not be used within the park. ONLY to get to and from your site.

Only persons with a valid driver's license may operate a motor vehicle in the park including golf

carts, scooters, etc.

Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working condition and appearance with a valid current registration and proof of insurance. 

Tents are not permitted on ANY site or anywhere on the campground. 

We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose Motorhome, RV, Travel Trailers or vehicle is deemed to be

unacceptable.

General Park Policies

Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. Visitors may not bring pets. We

reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00

pm EST. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly

registered and that all campground rules are followed. 

Severe Weather

In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the pavilion. Signs for shelter

areas are posted. Please bring your pet with you and do not leave it in the RV.

Electrical Use

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our park. Excessive

use of electricity may cause the breaker to trip, be mindful of your amp usage, so you don't trip

the breaker. If you are having trouble with your breaker tripping, please notify the office and they

will address the electrical issue. State laws prohibit you or any other guest to work on the

electrical.

Restrooms/Showers

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms and showers are open 24/7 with exception of a

temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms

clean. Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and

showers at all times. 

Quiet Time Policies

Quiet time is 11 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music or that is inviolate of the quiet time will be

warned once and then asked to leave without a refund. Local authorities will be called if

necessary.

Trash Disposal

All trash must be secured in trash bags placed at the edge of your site near the road by 10 am.

Park staff will pick up the trash each morning. We will not pick up wires, oil, furniture,

mattresses, chemicals, cooking oil or toxic waste in our trash. Do not leave trash out overnight.

Cleaning Fee

Excessive cleaning fee for cabins will result in a $50 charge. Damages inside cabins will be

charged for the actual costs of the repair.

Pet Cleanup Fee an additional $25.

Children

Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without parental

supervision is prohibited. Playground area and other common areas close at dark. Anyone

under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dark. Children may not use the restrooms

without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Age

Guests must be 18 years or older to rent a campsite and 21 years or older to rent a cabin

Drones

Drones are not permitted in our park.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all cabins, bathrooms, showers, pavilion and any common areas. This includes vaping. 

Clotheslines

Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Grills

Do not use Deep Fryers or Grills on any picnic table.

Fireworks and Firearms

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes

sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns

including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be

asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Repairs

Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park.

Delivery

The park does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. Guests must make

arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

Safety and Emergencies

Call 911 for all emergencies.

Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information

remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the

event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal

information out to others. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (906) 869

– 2554. (No soliciting is allowed.)

 

Other Policies

Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED

Obnoxious behavior of any kind is PROHIBITED.

Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their

children, their vehicles and/or pets.

Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord

harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal

property or vehicle.

We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked

up.

Occupancy

Cabins:

The price for a rental cabin includes 4 people. The maximum number of guests allowed in the

cabin is 6 people. $10 per person will be added for 5th and 6th guests. Tents are not permitted.

2 pets are allowed in our pet-friendly cabins and will be charged at $25 per pet. Each cabin is allowed 1 vehicle.

Campsites:

The price for a campsite includes 6 people. The maximum number of guests allowed at a

campsite is 6 people.  2 pets are allowed per campsite.

 Each Campsite is allowed 1 vehicle.

Pet Policies

Leash

All pets must be kept  on a leash at all times, no exceptions. There is a designated pet

walk area, see campground map for location. 

Buildings / Bathhouse / Pavilion

Pets are not allowed in the buildings. Please do not tie your pet to trees, doors, or posts. Pets

are also not allowed on the playground area or softball field.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet

Always clean up after your pets. Do not let your pet deposit on your site or any of our other

sites, or common areas.

Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Leaving Pets Unattended

Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree or a post.

Pet Vaccinations

Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your

pet’s shots are up-to-date. Verification may be requested. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the

serenity/safety of our guests or the park.

Barking

Excessive barking is not tolerated. Excessive barking will result in you being asked to

leave without refund.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 45 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will

incur a $25 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest

will receive a 50% refund.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive no refund.
