Cancellation Policy:

24hr notice prior to check in time (2PM) required.

• Early Departure: Treated as a cancellation with a service charge of $ 13.50.
• Cancellation Fee: A service fee of $ 13.50 is charged.
• Late Cancellation: (less than 24hr notice).There is a service fee charged of $ 13.50 plus the first nights use fee is forfeited.

Pets must be on a leash.

Extra vehicle fee (more than one) and extra person fee (more than 4) is charged upon arrival

Be sure to check with Host for days the lawn is to be watered, anything left out during that time will end up wet

Any damage done to the campground sites or damage brought to the cabins will be subject to an additional charge depending on the extent of damage. This includes litter from parties and confetti as well as sprinkler heads if the keep off grass rule is not followed. 

Full payment is required at the time the reservation is booked. You are agreeing to all fees stated in reservation details.

The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
