OVERNIGHT GUESTS

Thank you for choosing Chipman Waterfront Campground as your vacation destination. We look forward to your stay!  There are some important details we want you to know for your upcoming trip.

* The speed linmit in the park is 15km/Hour, starting at the front gate - No exceptions!

* Our pool is open from 10am to Dusk.  Children under the age of 12 are not to be unattended.  Those who are will be asked to leave and not return.

* While dogs are welcome in the park, they are to be leashed and picked up after.

Dates and details of your reservation (carefully review this information and call us immediately if there are any corrections necessary)

Cancellation policies are in place and vary based on the number of days “out from the reservation” you choose to cancel. Please review these to become more familiar. (will put a link to the cancellation details..)

Check-in time for RV trailers/tent sites is anytime after 1pm and check-out time is 11am.

We highly recommend you bring along a surge protector for your trailer plugin

All rates and surcharges are subjected to 15% tax (HST)

All reservations (unless specified otherwise) is for 2 adults and their dependant children (under the age of 18 yrs old.) per campsite. Additional guests require payment of a visitors fee. All individuals under the age of 18yrs old, must be accompanied by an adult.

Each campsite is allowed 2 vehicles (included in the reservation). Additional vehicles may use our additional parking area that will be pointed out at time of arrival.

Maximum Camping Units Per Site: maximum number of camping units per site is one (1)

Campfires are permitted at each site, in the designated fire pit provided, weather permitting and in conjunction with provincial fire ban laws/regulations. Campfire status is posted at entrance of the campground when you arrive and updated each day by 3pm.  Campfires parties are asked to be quiet by 11pm (12pm on Friday and Saturday).  

Pets are welcomed at the campground. Please keep in mind that animals are required to be a leash when outside of a camper or vehicle and must not be left unattended.  It is also the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet immediately. There are designated areas at the beach for dogs (signs are posted,) please respect the signs and be sure to keep pets on leashes while on the beach.

All Campers must follow the campground rules and regulations as listed on our website at time of booking.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or be held responsible for loss of personal belongings.

The Guest agrees to read and comply with the campground rules and regulations and understands that by not complying, may be asked to leave the premisses.

Cancellation Policy:

For Campsites- payment is received at time of booking. Any outstanding balance that may be on your account, is required to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. 

· 30 days or more out from reservation (full paid refund, minus $15 administration fee.

· Less than 30 days to 72 hrs before arrival, one night cancellation fee will be charged (including taxes.)

·  72 hrs or less in cancellation, total fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.

· All booking fees/surcharges, at any time, are non-refundable.
