Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
No ariel fireworks are permitted on the property.
No additional tents or trailers are allowed on permanent sites without registration
Notify management of any persons other than the owner using your trailer.
Cutting of timber or trees is forbidden at any time without permission. Any clotheslines or wire attached to trees must be loose and have blocks between the tree and wire or clothesline.
All pets must be kept on a leash and must clean up after them.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted on personal camps only.
No Drugs are permitted in camp.
If the police are called to your campsite for any disturbance, you are subject to eviction.
No shooting of explosives of any kind. You will be held responsible for any damage or injury that occurs.
No digging holes in the campground without permission.
No washing vehicles.
No washing clothes, dishes, or utensils in the bathhouse.
All garbage must be placed in dumpsters or nearest trash cans.
Willful misconduct will not be tolerated and will be handled through camp management. You, as our registered camper, will be held responsible for your family, friends, and visitors at all times. If you are evicted or camping privileges are revoked, there will be NO refund.
Bicycles must have lights and reflectors if riding at night.

Photo Policy:

Entrance onto the campground property constitutes permission for the management of Choice Camping Court to photograph the visitor while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the visitor.

Riding Rules:

No one under 18 is permitted to operate a motorized vehicle in camp or on Wertz property.

The vehicle speed limit is 5 mph. If your vehicle is kicking up dust you are going too fast. If you are told to slow down, please slow down.

Riding hours for ATVs, UTVs, ORVs, motorcycles, and go-karts are 9:00 am until dusk or 9:00 pm whichever comes first.

Stay on Wertz property and do not ride on main roads.

Golf Carts Only:

No one under 18 is permitted to operate a motorized vehicle in camp or on Wertz property.

Riding hours for golf carts are 9:00 am until dusk or 9:00 pm, whichever comes first.

You may use your golf cart to attend a camp function or travel from campsite to campsite from dusk until quiet time at 11:00 pm. Golf carts must have forward lighting and rear reflectors to be used after dusk. No lapping or just riding around.

Fishing:

We are a stock trout river. You must have a license, as well as, a trout stamp to fish in the river. This excludes our private fishing derby for kids.

Refund Policy:

All reservations canceled within a week of the check-in date will not receive a refund of reservation fees. If the reservation is canceled outside of the one-week check-in date window then a full refund minus the service fee of $5.00 will be returned. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS for early departures due to inclement weather, illness, or personal reasons.
