Terms & Conditions

Please do not park extra or visitor vehicles at the site. The overflow parking area is located near the entrance to campground.

Please do not park on any grass within the campground.

Checkout time is 12:00 noon. If you require a later checkout time, please confirm with Caretaker on the day before you plan to leave.

There is only one-way traffic in the loops. Please DO NOT drive the wrong way.

The speed limit in the campground is SLOW – 15 KM. Please watch for children.

One sleeping unit per site. If you wish to set up a tent, please confirm with the Caretaker

before doing so.

All family pets must be on a LEASH no longer than six (6) feet or two (2) meters.  Please pick up after your pet(s).

Firewood is available from the Campground Caretaker for a nominal fee.  If you bring your own, it must be un-treated, un-painted and nail free.

There are NO refunds for inclement weather during your stay. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of reserved date.

You are responsible for everyone on your site, including visitors.

Quiet time in the campground is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Dumping of sewage (gray or black water) on ground at the site is prohibited. Please use the Sani-Dump Station.

24 hour access to the washrooms available. Get lock code from the Caretaker. Enter code and turn knob to thee right

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Michener Park Campground (City of Lacombe) for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Michener Park Campground (City of Lacombe) from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Michener Park Campground (City of Lacombe) may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Michener Park Campground (City of Lacombe) reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly park, but pets must be on a leash at all times while out of customer’s equipment (rv,tent, etc), cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner, and the park is not liable for any injuries or incidents caused by pets or wildlife.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  
 

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Michener Park Campground (City of Lacombe) or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
