Welcome to Twin Lakes Camping Resort!
Check-In & Check-Out:
No late check-ins; please arrive during office hours.
- RV & Tent Sites: Check-in at 2 PM.
- Rental Campers & Cabins: Check-in at 3 PM.
- Check-Out: By 11 AM for all sites.
Office Hours:
- Sunday-Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Arrival Instructions: When you arrive, please use the inside lane to speak with an attendant at the window. They'll assist with fees, directions, your car tag, activity lists, and food truck menus if available. We ask that you remain in your car during this process.
Early Arrival / Late Departure: Subject to availability. Please contact the office to inquire at 440-647-3318.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of your deposit paid, minus a $10.00 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival will not be eligible for any refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made during holidays or special events. No exceptions.
Smoke-Free Policy: All facilities on the property are smoke-free.
Firewood: Firewood is available for purchase on-site. State law prohibits transporting wood across county lines to prevent the spread of invasive species.
Sleeping Structures:
- RV Sites or Rental Cabins: one RV (or cabin) and one tent. No additional RVs.
- Tent Sites: Two Four sleeper tents or 1 8 sleeper tent allowed per tent site, if any larger must book an additional tent site.
Rentals:
- Rustic Cabins: Mini refrigerator and microwave provided.
- Deluxe Cabins & Rental Campers: Basic cookware, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot provided. Main bed linens are provided.
Quiet Time: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM. Please keep noise, including music, to a minimum. Failure to comply may result in removal from the resort.
Swimming: Allowed only at the beach area during daylight hours (dawn to dusk). Parents/guardians must supervise minors. Swimming is at your own risk, and lifeguards may or may not be present.
- Pool & Hot Tub: Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM Sundays, 12 PM - 6 PM Monday - Friday, and 10 AM - 8 PM Saturdays. Weather depending. Hot Tub is 18+ no children.
Aqua Glide:
- Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Sundays, 12 PM - 6 PM Monday - Friday, and 10 AM - 8 PM Saturdays. Lifeguard present. Weather depending.
- Lifejackets: Required for guests under 18. Available for rent daily. If a Lifeguard is not on duty, any person(s) on the aquaglide must wear a lifejacket during hours listed above.
Guest Responsibilities:
- Children: 17 and younger must be supervised at all times and at their campsite by 11:00 PM.
- Alcohol: No abuse tolerated. Inappropriate behavior or public intoxication may result in removal. Alcohol is restricted to campsites. Drinking and driving, including golf carts, is illegal.
- Behavior: Vandalism, abusive language, and cutting vegetation are not permitted.
- Garbage: Place in plastic bags and dispose of at dumpsters. Do not leave at your site.
- Fire Safety: Ensure campfires are completely extinguished before leaving your site.
Guests:
- Additional Guests: Must be registered to the site to be permitted entrance to the park. Please be advised we do not allow day passes on weekends or holidays. Registered guest only.
Pets:
- Registration Required: Daily pet fee applies. Pets must be leashed, quiet, and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed at events, in the beach/swimming area, or on rental sites.
- Leash Rule: No longer than 10 feet and cannot reach neighboring sites or roads.
Golf Carts:
- Personal Carts: Must be registered, with proof of insurance. Daily fee applies ($10 per night). Only golf carts are allowed, no ATVs, minibikes, etc.
- Driving: Must be licensed (21+), with headlights for night use. Drive only on roads and park in designated areas.
Rule Enforcement: Violations of the rules may result in removal from the resort or legal action if necessary.
Liability Notice: Under Ohio law, we cannot be held liable for injuries or deaths resulting from the inherent risks of camping, which include potential hazards from land features, equipment, animals, or negligent actions. By participating in camping, you accept these risks.
Photo Release: By entering Twin Lakes Camping Resort, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded on video. These images and recordings may be used in promotional materials, social media, and other marketing efforts by the resort. If you prefer not to be included in such media, please notify the office upon arrival.
