Late Check-Outs: Must be approved by the office and will incur a fee. Late Check-out is 3pm. Any campsites needed after 3 pm will need to purchase an additional night.

Rates & Parking Information

Basic Rate: Covers 2 people with two vehicles or tow-behind units.
- Extra Vehicles: Additional fees apply.
- Vehicles: up to 2 vehicles.
  - Must not block roads or empty sites.
  - Additional parking available if needed.
  - No parking on grass
- Visitors: Must check in and purchase a parking pass at office.
- Boats & Trailers:
  - We do not offer boat or trailer parking
  - If Boats or Trailers will fit on YOUR site, you may park them there.
  - Trailers or Boats NOT allowed to be parked in the site beside you. If this happens the trailer will be towed at owner’s expense.

Moving Sites

Do not leave the park until your new site is available and you’ve moved.
Inform the office after you’ve moved.

Refund Policy

No refunds for early departures or adverse weather.
Regular Reservations: If a 7-day notice is given there is a 100% refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. (This does NOT include Football season)
Cancellations 7 days or less are non-refundable.
Refund for Monthlys: If you pay for a month and leave within the first TEN nights, you will receive a refund based on the standard nightly rates. After TEN nights there will be NO refund.
Football Reservations:

Football Season Passes are NON-Refundable.
If cancelling Football Weekend reservations before August 22nd 2025, 75% of the reservation total is refunded. After August 22nd 2025, the Football Reservation is NON-Refundable or the reservation can be moved to another weekend within the SAME season.

Park Rules/Policies

Speed Limit: 5 MPH for all motorized vehicles.
One-Way Arrows: Must be observed.
Golf Carts:
- Golf carts are allowed only if driven by a licensed driver.
- Must have proof of insurance on the cart at all times.
- All carts must obey the 5 MPH speed limit and one-way directional signs
- Must have a Clemson RV golf cart decal displayed. Available for purchase in our office.
ATVs, Side by Sides, & Dirt Bikes are strictly prohibited.
Bicycles: must have lights after dark
Restrooms: For campground customers only.
Campers:
- 10 years and older will need to be approved by Park Management.
- Horse Trailers must be approved by Park Management.
Fireworks: are NOT allowed.
Trash: please take all house hold trash to the designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash sitting out on your campsite. No Mattresses or large items allowed inside dumpsters.
Valuables & Personal Property: Secure your valuables at all times. The park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
Water Spigots: In the wintertime, water hoses must be detached from the spigot in cold temperatures. Camping guests are responsible for their spigot. If the spigot freezes & busts due to lack of proper preparation the guest is responsible for the repair costs.

Guest Conduct

Children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Accompanied Adult is responsible for children’s safety and conduct.
Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 AM- 7:00 AM during Football Season)

Camping Etiquette

No walking through other sites.
No expanding into empty sites.
Campfires: Allowed only in raised fire rings/pits.
No fires on bare ground.
Restrooms: For Clemson RV campers only.
Laundry: For Clemson RV campers only.
Screw in sewer rings: This is essential in keeping our park odor free. If needed, they are available to purchase in our camp store!
Cleanliness: Sites must be kept nice & neat! No clutter.

Prohibited Activities/Items

No digging, pounding stakes, or disturbing gravel/grass (sprinkler & utility lines below).
No generators
No clotheslines
No Gazebos
No vehicle/camper washing (except windshield by hand) unless approved by management.
No vehicle maintenance unless approved by management.
No gardens or flower beds.
No window AC units on campers/RVs.
No Porch’s or Deck’s at camper entrance (small stairs are acceptable without handrails)
Tailgate Tents: Cannot be left up on sites for more than 5 days. Enclosed tents are not permitted.
Camping Tents: Tent camping is not prohibited.
One small outdoor fridge allowed (max 4.5 cu. ft.).
No outdoor freezers.

Pet Policy

Leashed and supervised at all times. The leash must be 6 ft or shorter and under control of an adult at all times.
Pet clean-up is mandatory.
No pets in the office, laundry, pavilion or restrooms. No Pets inside the pool or pool area.
No tethering to fixtures or campers
No leaving pets unattended at ANY time.
Pets must have plenty of water at all times.
Pet Fences allowed if kept clean inside. Pets cannot be left in them unattended. Must be moved for grass cutting.
Aggressive dogs not permitted—offenders must leave.

****If your pet is outside and you are in your camper- Your pet is UNATTENDED.

There is a $50 fee per pet violation.

POOL RULES

No Solo Swimming – Always swim with a buddy.
No Running or Rough Play – Keep it safe for everyone.
No Swimming Under the Influence – Alcohol or drug use is prohibited.
No Spitting or Nose Blowing in the pool.
Do Not Enter the Pool if you have:
- Diarrhea or nausea
- Skin, eye, ear, or respiratory infections
- Open wounds or lesions
No Pets or Animals in the pool area.
No Glass in or around the pool deck.
Children Must Be Supervised at all times.
Shower Before Entering the pool.
Follow Posted Pool Hours and Maximum Occupancy.
First Aid Kit is available at the front office.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK – No Lifeguard on Duty
No furniture should be placed inside the pool

Monthly Campers:

Payment is due on the day that your month ends. NO exceptions.
Your site must be kept tidy and neat. No trash on the site.

Standard Sites: $59/weekdays $69/weekends Premium Sites: $69/weekdays $79/weekends

Deluxe Sites: $74/weekdays $84/weekend

If you do not abide by the rules of the park your stay will be terminated immediately.

By signing below, I agree to all the above. I acknowledge that Clemson RV Park is not responsible for awnings that I leave open while I am here and/or away. I am responsible for any damages that I cause entering or exiting my site. There is a $50 minimum for any damage done by my rig, or anyone associated with my party. The $50 minimum can be charge to my account immediately. Please treat Clemson RV Parks property as your own.
