WELCOME TO COACH HOUSE!

We hope that your stay at Coach House will be both pleasant and enjoyable. By observing the following rules, you can assist in making your stay, your fellow RV neighbors, and our manufactured home community neighbor’s time at Bayhead enjoyable as well:

1.     Please conserve water. Please repair all hose lines immediately. Please see rate sheet for washing RV.

2.     Please turn your music down when entering or exiting the community and try not to be too loud at your RV site. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7:30 AM.

3.     The rate is for two (2) adults. Please see rate sheet if you have more people staying in your RV or if you decide to invite guests.

4.     It is okay to change your oil or a tire at your site but please refrain from making any major repairs to vehicle at your site.

5.     If you own a firearm please refrain from brandishing of your firearm in the community and please do not use fireworks.

6.     Please keep parking areas clean and free of oil and other stains

7.     Please keep lots clean and free of bottles, cans, boxes, etc. The only items that should be stored outside of your RV are grills and outside furniture. Please check with management if you are unsure.

8.     Pets must be walked on a leash. Please do not tie your pet up outside or put into an outside pet enclosure and leave them unattended. (Outside pet enclosures or tie stakes will be allowed but you must be sitting outside with your pet and they must be taken down and removed when the pet is inside.)

9.     Aggressive, noisy and or unruly pets will not be allowed in the community.

10.  You must clean up after your pet or you will be charged a $25.00 clean up fee.

11.  If you have a boat, trailer or other recreational vehicle we have RV and boat storage. Please check with management.

12.  Coach House is a mobile home/RV park not a camp ground so we do not allow tents.

13.  Please do not put-up tarps or damaged/dirty screen rooms. For our extended stay folks - if you will be leaving for an extended period you must take down and secure anything that can be blown away.

14.  Extended stay or seasonal RV residents are responsible for weeding around and under your RV.

15.  RV residents are considered homeowners so pest control will be the responsibility of RV resident.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations less than 60 days will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations less than 90 days, but at least 60 days from the scheduled date of arrival, will have a $100.00 cancellation fee deducted from the refund. For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival, a full refund will be given.
