Coastal Pines RV Resort, Eureka, California

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm–7pm

  • Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at owner’s expense

  • No vehicle washing without a permit from Coastal Pines RV Resort Office. All guests staying for three months or more are asked to wash their RV in the Spring and again in the Winter. Purchase your permit from the office.

  • All outside vendors servicing or cleaning RV’s must be approved in writing from Coastal Pines RV Resort Management

  • No RV repairing, maintenance, or oil changing allowed

  • No let or sublet allowed. Duration of stay is limited to 90 days.

  • No dish or utensil washing in the restroom allowed

  • Management reserves the rights to move you to another space if needed at no cost to the park

  • Coastal Pines RV Resort will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate your stay with Coastal Pines RV Resort for violation of rules and policies.

  • Failure to renew for an overstay is cause for your RV to be towed at owner’s expenses.

  • All hoses, wires, etc. including sewer hoses must be placed on asphalt - any damage to these items as a result of maintenance will not be the responsibility of the park.

  • If you have any door mats that are on any grass areas, door mat must be moved every day

For everyone's mutual enjoyment, the resort has policies and rules in place for the consideration of all our guests and for the protection of the property and environment. While some of the policies may seem onerous in isolation, our policies overall are designed for the comfort and better enjoyment of all of our guests in aggregate. Failure to abide by our policies may result in eviction without refunds. To avoid any unpleasantries (we don't enjoy rules enforcement any more than you do), please take a moment to review our key rules listed below, and be sure to review and obey all the rules when you arrive.

Check-in time begins at I:00 p .m.; check-in is located in the main park office.

Check-out time is at 11:00 a .m . unless an extension is previously arranged with management. Late checkout will result in an additional $25.00 charge; late checkouts occurring after 4:00 p.m. will result in a full charge for a night's stay.

NO dumping of bulky o r large items, electronics, paint, or chemicals. Trash or other items le ft in site after leaving will result in a $50.00 disposal charge to the card saved on file.

NO alterations or changes to park grounds, property, or infrastructure without prior approval from management

NO smoking within 50 feet of park playground, buildings or recreational facilities .

NO aggressive pets

Speed limit is 5 MP.H.

PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Disruptive or aggressive pets are grounds for removal without refund. Please pick up after y our pet - failure to do will result in a notice of violation of park rules .

No pets and no open containers of alcohol are allowed in the Park office, recreational C1r,community facilities , playground, laundry room.. or restrooms.

By making a reservation with , providing a credit/debit card, and being assigned a reservation number, you agree to our cancelation policy.

Cancelations made prior to 72 hours before check-in will not be charge d ; less than 72 hours advance notice of your cancelation will result in a 100% charge for your first scheduled night of stay, and a SO% charge on the rcm$ing days of your reservation.

All reservations require a valid debit or credit card to be held on file; a copy of your ID may be requested.

We reserve the right to move you to a different site at no cost or expense to management.

We do not offer monthly discounts nor reservations longer than one month in duration. Extended stay discounts are based on the daily rate for each site.

All extended stay guests must be approved by 's Operations Manag er.

All vehicles must be well-maintained and in good working order; vehicles in poor repair may be ask ed to leave the park. Vehicle condition violations include, but are not limited to, taJps . broken "'7indows , excessive rust, and more.

All vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles or any other type of motorized vehicle must be registered with the office, and must be kept within the boundary of your assigned site . NO PARKING OF ANY VEHICLE, TRAILER, OR MOTORCYCLE ON THE GRASS. Any extra vehicle . boat or trailer is subject to an additional charge.

No space heaters or hotplates allow e d .

Use of generators in the park is prohibited , except in the e vent of an emergency and with the prior approval from park management.

Tents are allowed in tent sites and certain pre-approved RV sites only ; tents p laced in RV sites arc subject to additional charges .

Vehicle washing is allowed by permit only. Permits are $20.00, and available in the front office.

Camp fires are allowed in designated fire rings, grills , or barbecues ONLY. Fires must b e attended by a responsible adult a t all times and must be comple tely extinguished before the leaving your site . P lease, do no t burn trash.

NO flying of drones or drone photography without approval by park management.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate your stay without refund for violation of Resort Rules and Policies.

NO AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS ALLOWED
