RV & FAMILY TENT SITE CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 48 hours advance notice for credit or refund.
- A cancellation fee of $15. plus $5.99 booking fee per site is deducted from refund.
GROUP SITE CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Two weeks advance notice for credit or refund.
- A cancellation fee of $25. plus $5.99 booking fee per Group Tenting Site is deducted from refund.
LODGING RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Two weeks advance notice for credit or refund.
- A cancellation fee of $25. plus $5.99 booking fee per Cabin Rental is deducted from refund.
ORGANIZED GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Applies to organized groups with single coordinator responsible for contract and invoice.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for ALL Organized Group Reservations, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
