Cancellation Policy

RV & FAMILY TENT SITE CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 48 hours advance notice for credit or refund.
  • A cancellation fee of $15. plus $5.99 booking fee  per site is deducted from refund.

GROUP SITE CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Two weeks advance notice for credit or refund.
  • A cancellation fee of $25. plus $5.99 booking fee per Group Tenting Site is deducted from refund.

LODGING RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Two weeks advance notice for credit or refund.
  • A cancellation fee of $25. plus $5.99 booking fee per Cabin Rental is deducted from refund. 

ORGANIZED GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Applies to organized groups with single coordinator responsible for contract and invoice.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for ALL Organized Group Reservations, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
