Terms & Conditions

We recognize that activities available at WCRC have an inherent risk of injury and we are participating in them willingly.  We hereby covenant with WCRC that we will never, individually or as legal guaurdians of our children, institute any action at law or in equity for any personal injuries to property, real or personal, caused by, or arising out of these activities.  We further agree to indemnify and hold WCRC harmless against any and all cost, damages and expenses, which may be incurred by them as a result of any lawsuit we might file against them.
