The best part of outdoor adventure is being outside! We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine.

We offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite site or cabin by paying our applicable Lock Site Fee when you make your reservation. If you opt out of the Lock Site Fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific site or cabin number. We will do our very best to accommodate specific site or cabin requests, but without the site lock, we cannot guarantee these requests will be met and reserve the right to change your site number at any time to meet the needs of the operation.

All visitors are required to register in the office so we can register their car and take them over to the designated visitor parking area. Guests must park where assigned. Anyone found not abiding by the rules is subject to tow at the owner's expense.

All RVs must be in working order and very good condition. (Subject to visual inspection of external appearance by management.)

All RVs must have current registration and insurance.

Guests assume all risks of use. We are not responsible for any loss or injury due to, but not limited to, fire, theft, vandalism, accident, negligence, or acts of nature.

The booking party is liable for the actions of your pets, children, and guests, and are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities, property, or the property of other guests.

We reserve the right to refuse service, or facilities use, or evict anyone at the discretion of management without refund, for not abiding by park rules. Park Rules

Payment Policy:

Reservations less than 28 nights - A deposit equal to 50% of the Reservation Total will be charged at the time the reservation is made, and the remaining 50% will be paid at check-in.

Any outstanding balance will be auto-charged to the card on file 3 days before check-in.

Reservations of more than 28 nights will be required to make the first month's payment at Check-in. Payment for the remaining months will be required on or before the 1st of each month.

Failure to make payments will result in eviction from the property and the remaining balance on the reservation will be sent to a collection agency.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for any refund.

Cancellations made 8 - 14 days before Check-in will receive a refund in the amount equal to 50% of the reservation total.

Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund and will be charged a Refund Fee of $45.

There are no refunds after Check-in.

There are no refunds for weather/acts of nature, voluntary departure, or eviction.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Check-in is at 3:00pm. Early check-ins will incur a $15 fee.

Check-out is at 11:00am. Late checkouts will incur a $30 fee.
