COMMUNITY RV RESORTS CORPUS CHRISTI – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi welcomes you! Our “Good Neighbor” policies below ensure that you will enjoy your visit, and by making a reservation with us you agree to all of these policy terms. It is important that you read and understand them fully.

CHECK IN AND OUT - Check-in is at 2pm CT, and check out is at 11am CT the next day. Early check-in is subject to availability. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens, as we do not have an RV waiting area for those checking in early. Late check-ins are allowed, please contact the park for instructions. You do not need to contact the office for check out, unless you need to pay for after-hours check in.

SITE CHANGES - You have been assigned a specific site. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. If you wish to move, check with the office before moving sites.

OPEN FIRES - Fires are not allowed in our park.

PARKING - Parking on the grass in not permitted in any location; ruts caused in your site due to parking on grass or parking additional vehicles will result in damage charges. Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV and one vehicle per site unless noted. Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to tow if hindering an arriving guest. Extra vehicles can park in the area designated by our office. Trailers, boats, and additional vehicles will cost additional camping fees. Do not park in shared areas, i.e., the middle of the road, blocking amenity entrances, etc.

STORAGE - Storage is not allowed under or around your RV site. Please keep the area clean and presentable for all guests. Our "Good Neighbor" policy allows you to have nice, clean scenery as well.

SITE/PARK NAVIGATION - Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads and public paths to walk around the campground. Do not disturb neighbors by going to their home unless you see an emergency.

RUGS - Please ONLY use rugs that remain in the concrete area. The rugs will kill the grass, and we want your site to look good for both you and the next guest.

WASHING YOUR RV – Washing your RV is only permitted with clean or sanitized gray water without any noticeable smell. You may not use soap or chemicals, and you may not use park water. Washing cannot interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of their space or our park, and washing cannot create muddy areas that result in reduced grass coverage or grass growth, or mud being tracked onto paved areas or inside buildings.

PET POLICIES – County Code Law requires pets to always be on a leash. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or pool areas. It is a law that pets cannot be tethered to any object and left outside, i.e., trees, doors, post, hitches, etc. Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Be a “Good Neighbor” and please use the Dog Park area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund. Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be current on vaccinations. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.

VEHICLE POLICIES – The park speed limit is 5 MPH. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.

ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles and Golf Carts – OHVs are welcome onsite but may not be used within the park. ONLY to get to and from your site.

GENERAL PARK POLICIES:

Guests - All guests visiting someone in the park must park in the designated area. Do not park on the grass or in areas of general access. The paying Guest is responsible for the actions of their visiting guest.

Electrical Use - You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Amp usage over 30/50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you do not trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.

Laundry – Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Additional rules are posted for your use in the laundry area.

Restrooms – We ask for your assistance in keeping the restrooms clean. For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are temporary closed for cleaning once per day. Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers (as well as the pool area).

Pool – No lifeguard is on duty. Pool opens at 9 am after quiet time and closes at 10 pm. Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised in these areas and all areas of the campground at all times. Horseplay, running, and diving is not permitted in our pool area. Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the pool itself. Loud music, glass and rough play are not permitted at our pool. Failure to follow these rules results in you being asked to leave without a refund. Children in diapers are not allowed in our pool. Only swimming suits, swimming trunks and little swimmers are permitted in our pool.  No cut offs.

Quiet Time Policies – Quiet time is 9 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

Trash Disposal and Recycling - Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Stray animals, possums and racoons are attracted to left out or disposed of food. While we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we do not want you to find a surprise at your site because of incorrectly disposing of trash! Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, paint, tires or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash container. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees. Trash is emptied three times a week. The trash container is located at the front of the park. Please make sure to stop and discard trash prior to exiting the park so that it does not fall in the park or on the roadways.

Children - Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. Anyone under the age of eighteen must be back at their site by dusk. Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Clotheslines - Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Fireworks and Firearms - Fireworks and firearms of all types are prohibited in our park. Prohibited fireworks include but are not limited to sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. Prohibited firearms include but are not limited to all guns, including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Repairs - Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.

Safety and Emergencies - Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information to others.

If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call us 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.)

If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.

By making this reservation, you hereby waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi, for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our property. Further, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi from all losses, claims, expenses, and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi may incur arising out of or in connection with your use of the our property. You further agree to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of any of your guests and invitees on our property.

Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi and its management bear no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

We reserve the right to remove any day user or overnight guests for any cause and without a refund if such person refuses to immediately leave after we ask.

Welcome to Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi. By using our complimentary Wi-Fi service ("Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it for any activities that are illegal, harmful, or infringe upon the rights of others.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible with our Service. We do not guarantee that your device will connect successfully.

Security

While we strive to provide a secure connection, we do not guarantee that the Service is secure or private. We recommend avoiding the transmission of sensitive information over this network.

Limitations of Liability

Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi is not liable for any damage or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. You assume all risks of using the Service.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in activities such as spamming, transmitting malicious software, or attempting unauthorized access to other networks or systems is strictly prohibited.

Monitoring and Data Limits

We reserve the right to monitor network activity to ensure compliance with these terms. We may impose bandwidth or data limits on users whose heavy use of the Service impacts the network quality for our other guests.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to require any guest that fails to comply with these terms to stop use of the Service and/or vacate Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

¡Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi te da la bienvenida! Nuestras políticas de "Buen Vecino" a continuación aseguran que disfrutará de su visita, y al hacer una reserva con nosotros, acepta todos estos términos de la política. Es importante que los leas y los entiendas completamente.

LAVADO DE SU RV: lavar su RV solo está permitido con aguas grises limpias o desinfectadas sin ningún olor perceptible. No puede usar jabón ni productos químicos, y no puede usar el agua del parque. El lavado no puede interferir con el disfrute de ningún otro huésped de su espacio o de nuestro parque, y el lavado no puede crear áreas fangosas que resulten en una reducción de la cobertura de césped o el crecimiento del césped, o el lodo que se arrastra hacia las áreas pavimentadas o dentro de los edificios.

POLÍTICAS DE MASCOTAS - La ley del código del condado requiere que las mascotas siempre estén con correa. POLÍTICAS GENERALES DEL PARQUE:

Eliminación y reciclaje de basura: ate las bolsas de basura completamente cerradas y coloque su basura completamente en el contenedor de basura. Por favor, no coloque su basura en el suelo. Las armas de fuego prohibidas incluyen, entre otras, todas las pistolas, incluidas las pistolas de aire suave, BB y perdigones. Si estos artículos se ven fuera de su RV, se le pedirá que se vaya de inmediato sin un reembolso.

Reparaciones: las reparaciones de vehículos recreativos y vehículos no están permitidas en nuestro parque. Nos complace recomendar un servicio local de reparación de vehículos recreativos móviles que acuda a su sitio para ayudarlo con cualquier reparación.

Seguridad y emergencias: se requieren formularios de información de contacto de emergencia de todos los huéspedes mensuales. Esta información permanece privada y se utiliza solo cuando surge una situación en la que necesitamos comunicarnos con alguien en caso de una emergencia o es solicitada por las agencias de aplicación de la ley. Nunca damos información personal a otros.

Si observa alguna actividad que considere preocupante, llámenos las 24 horas del día. (No se permite la prostitución).

Si necesita llamar al 911 por cualquier motivo, y el tiempo lo permite, llame a la oficina para que el personal de mantenimiento pueda estar preparado para escoltar al personal de emergencia a su sitio.

Al hacer esta reserva, usted renuncia, libera, descarga y se compromete a no demandar a Community RV Resorts Corpus Christi, por todas las reclamaciones y responsabilidades por lesiones personales, accidentes, daños a la propiedad, cualquier otra reclamación que surja de o en relación con su uso de nuestra propiedad. Bienvenido a Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi. Al utilizar nuestro servicio de Wi-Fi gratuito ("Servicio"), usted acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:

Uso aceptable

El Servicio se proporciona únicamente con fines lícitos. Usted se compromete a no utilizarlo para ninguna actividad que sea ilegal, dañina o que infrinja los derechos de otros.

Responsabilidad del usuario

Usted es responsable de asegurarse de que su dispositivo sea compatible con nuestro Servicio. No garantizamos que su dispositivo se conecte correctamente.

Seguridad

Si bien nos esforzamos por proporcionar una conexión segura, no garantizamos que el Servicio sea seguro o privado. Recomendamos evitar la transmisión de información confidencial a través de esta red.

Limitaciones de responsabilidad

Nos reservamos el derecho de monitorear la actividad de la red para garantizar el cumplimiento de estos términos. Podemos imponer límites de ancho de banda o de datos a los usuarios cuyo uso intensivo del Servicio afecte la calidad de la red para nuestros otros invitados.

Al utilizar el Servicio, usted reconoce que ha leído, entendido y aceptado estos términos y condiciones. Nos reservamos el derecho de exigir a cualquier huésped que no cumpla con estos términos que deje de usar el Servicio y / o desocupe Community RV Resorts - Corpus Christi.

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del Servicio constituye la aceptación de los términos revisados.
