Como Springs Resort, Morgan, Utah

  1. Check in 3pm ,Check out time is at 1:00 pm., please check in with the Camp Host if you would like other arrangments. DONT MOVE TABLES OR FIRE PIT OUT OF ITS SITE!!!!!!!! You will be charge if you do this on your Credit card on file.

  2. Bathrooms and showers are in the white buildings as you enter Como Springs Resort PLEASE CONSERVE WATER AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. If door is locked it is in use pleasecome back or wait in line.

  3.  PLEASE BE RESPECTABLE  AND COURTEOUS OF OTHER GUESTS AND YOUR NEIGHBORS!!

  4. NO SMOKING allowed in or within 25 feet of the restrooms/showers.  ALARM WILL SOUND. Violation of this may result in eviction from the Resort.

  5. NO stays longer than 90 consecutive days are allowed. Check with host.

  6. We currently have NO laundry facility on site. The local laundromat is located at 389 E. 125 N. in Morgan City.

  7. We currently have NO WIFI currently available.

  8. Speed Limit within the Resort and across the access bridge is Strictly. 5 MPH or you will be ask to leave the park.

  9. Two Vehicles allowed per RV site. Additional parking for guests located at visitor parking by dog park. Parking is tight for some sites, please work with your neighbors to allow for at least one vehicle parking for each trailer, any additional vehicles will be required to park in the overflow parking. Please be considerate of other sites and DO NOT PARK IN VACANT SPOTS NO EXCEPTION !!!

  10. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Be Respectfull

  11. Visitors must park in the designated Visitor’s Area. DO NOT HAVE VISITORS PARK IN ADJACENT RV SITES.

  12. Como Springs Resort is PET FRIENDLY, NO HORSES ALLOWED, however, no aggressive pets or any that have previously bitten or attacked people or pets are allowed. Additionally, breeds of dogs which are by nature, history, or perception aggressive,  If you choose to bring your pets, THEY MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES . Pets shall not be tethered/caged for long periods of times (over two hours at a time). NO BARKING EXCESSIVELY OR BOTHERING OTHER QUESTS!! ALSO PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG IT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY  TO DO!!  YOU WILL BE CHARGED ON CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR VOLATION

  13. DO NOT discharge firearms (including airsoft guns, pellet guns and bow and arrow) in Resort.

  14. DO NOT discharge fireworks in Resort.

  15. NO DRUG USE in Resort, including recreational/medical marijuana violators and those associated with this violation will be immediately evicted.

  16. Each site price includes 6 adults.  Any additional guest(s) over this allotment must pay $10.00 per person per site, up to a Maximum of 8 people per RV site.

  17. Washing of vehicle's, RV's or ATV's no filling pools is NOT permitted Conserve water we are not on city water you will run water tank out for others

  18. No littering. Place household type trash in LARGE dumpster. NO LARGE ITEMS LIKE MATTRESSES, GRILLS, CARDBOARD BOXES, ETC. ARE ALLOWED IN DUMPSTER.

  19. FIRES IN APPROVED FIRE PITS ONLY. DO NOT MOVE FIRE PITS. DO NOT LEAVE CAMPFIRES UNATTENDED. AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR, FIRE RESTRICTIONS MAY BE IN PLACE DURING MODERATE TO HIGH FIRE SEASONS. CHECK WITH THE CAMP HOST IF FIRES ARE ALLOWED.

  20. Keep lawns clear of rocks and other debris when crews are performing maintenance. Do not Move Fire Pits 

  21. One tent is allowed per RV/tent site for one week only). Additional tents for these RV sites must reserve sites in the tent site area. 

  22. All rules and regulations are subject to change at owner/manager/camp host discretion.  When these changes occur, guests will be notified.

  23. All daytime visitors wishing to fish, must have purchased a wristband and vehicle sticker from the Camp Host. Day use is $10.00 per day.

  24. NO defacing property, carving names, initials, letters, obscenities, signs or symbols of any kind into trees, tables or property belonging to the Resort. Violators will be fined and evicted from the property.

  25. Please help keep restrooms clean.  Defecating in open areas or in trees or brush or any other kind of lewdness, including nudity will lead to immediate eviction. 

  26. Swimming, boating, or rafting at Como Springs Lake is prohibited.

  27. No trespassing on adjacent properties. THAT INCLUDES THE WAREHOUSE YOU WILL BE EVICTION!!

  28. There is NO tables in Tent Area DO NOT move any there you will be charged on Credit card 

  29. DO NOT FISH IN OTHER CAMPSPOT GO TO COMMON AREA OR TALK TO HOST.
