Cancellation Policy

SHORT TERM BOOKING

Non Holiday Bookings:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancellations 8 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. 

Holiday/Event Bookings (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Condit's Halloween):

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 14 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
