Continental Divide Park & Camp

CHECK-IN, CHECKOUT, 

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Late Check-Out Policy: Please request a late checkout with the camp host. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan for a prompt departure.
     

QUIET HOUR POLICIES

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

 

GENERAL POLICIES

  1. All guests and visitors must pre-register online or with the camp host prior to parking in a camp space.

  2. Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph.

  3. We want all children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their health, safety and behavior.

  4. PETS: Please maintain control of your pets at all times. Unless otherwise permitted in writing, up to 2 pets are allowed on leash per RV Spot. Owners must immediately clean up after their pets. Please do not leave pets tethered on a leash or chain or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent. No pets other than service animals are allowed in the bathhouse or laundry. The same rules apply for cats as for dogs. AGGRESSIVE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARK. Service animals are allowed.

  5. Tent camping is permitted only in designated tent spaces with a valid reservation.

  6. Tents are limited to a maximum of two per tent site.

  7. Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

  8. Water and sewer connections – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Rubber washers must be used at all times on water connections.

  9. Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. 

  10. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Cleanliness of the park and reduced risk of wildlife interaction is important to us. 

  11. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Please leave laundry as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify the manager. 

  12. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited. However, keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required.

  13. NO FIREWORKS OR OPEN FIRES ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED.

  14. Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough and will allow for it. Please do not park in adjacent RV spots. 

  15. CLOTHING LINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO CHEATER BOXES OR PIGTAILS ALLOWED. Continental Divide Park & Camp is not responsible for any electrical components on RVs.

  16. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.

  17. Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the Premises. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person(s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

  18. SMOKING: Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not smoke within 10 feet of any neighboring RV or Camp spot, or park facilities. Smoking is not allowed inside any of the park facilities. Please properly dispose of cigarettes in a fire-proof container. 

  19. Visitors are welcome at guest sites but must first register with the camp host. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.

  20. Wood fire pits, deep fryers and tiki torches are PROHIBITED.

  21. Propane grills and charcoal grills, are allowed in designated campsites only. Fire bans must be strictly followed when in effect.

  22. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

  23. Continental Divide Park & Camp is in a mountainous wildlife habitat area.  There are coyotes, birds of prey, deer, mountain lion, bear and reptiles.  All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

  24. Management reserves the right to evict or refuse service to any person or persons who break or disregard these rules without refund. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and the right to make changes to these rules, regulations and fees, when necessary.

  25. LIABILITY: All park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management and its owners are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same. The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle. Booking a reservation with Continental Divide Park & Camp serves as confirmation of your understanding of these forthright terms and conditions.
