Cancellation Policy

Copperhead Ridge Glamping & RV Park, Bristol, Tennessee

  • Reservations cancelled 15 days prior to arrival will receive a total refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 3-14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund
  • Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival will be responsible for the cost of their entire stay.
  • All reservations are subject to our no-show policy
  • A "no-show" is when a guest fails to check-in by 1:00 PM on the day following the scheduled arrival date without prior notification to Copperhead Ridge Glamping & RV Park.
  •  No-shows will result in the cancellation of the entire stay with no refund or credit provided.
