Corn Patch Corner Campground / RV Park Rules
- We have no speedbumps in the park. We simply ask, for the safety of yourself and others, you keep it to 10 mph or less.
- Quiet time is from 10PM to 8 AM. No generator use during these hours.
- We ask that LED decorative lighting NOT be left on overnight.
- NO out of state firewood is allowed.
- Golf cars are permitted. Please stay on roadway.
- ATVs, side by sides, off road motorcycles, and the like are prohibitted in the campground.
- Please do not throw stones into the pond.
- Fishing is catch and release only.
- Walking path on west side of pond is for foot traffic only.
- Please do not burn anything other than firewood in the firepits. No garbage, aluminum cans, paper plates, cups, etc.
- Check in time is any time prior to 8PM on date of arrival. Exceptions must be cleared with park management via phone or email. We'll work with you, happy to assist.
- Pets must be kept leashed and restricted to your own campsite.
- We ask that you please pick up after your pet. If you're caught in violation of this policy, you are subject to a charge to your account in the amount of a $50.00 fine. The next person wouldn't like stepping in it and tracking into their RV right?
- No pets on the beach, no dogs swimming in pond.
- No pets are to be left outside alone.
- Guests are free to visit you, however they are your responsibility, and must abide by the rules of Corn Patch Corner Campground / RV Park. No more than 6 guests are allowed at one time.
- Swimming in pond is at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
- NO PERSON goes to the pond or beach to swim, fish, or for any reason, ALONE. Children must be supervised at ALL times.
- We have no age limit on RVs. However, we reserve the right to reject any rig that is in poor condition.
- We ask that all campers and guests conduct themselves with respect and courtesy towards others. No loud boisterous conduct will be tolerated.
- No fireworks allowed on premises.
- All alcoholic beverages must be kept at your site, and consumed by individuals that meet the legal requirements of Iowa state law.
- We ask that no vehicles of any kind are parked on the grass. You will be asked to move it if you do.
- Parking on the roadways is prohibited. Please park all of your vehicles on the gravel site your RV is set up on.
- Please place ALL garbage in the black receptacle provided for you. For your convenience, we will collect trash.
