Refund Policy

Our cancelation policy varies depending on your reservation type and whether your reservation falls on a holiday or special event. All cancellations must be made by phone (650-879-1100) during business hours. And cancellation-processing fees will also be charged on cancellations made outside of the cancellation window.

RV Sites:
3-day advance notice required or forfeit first-night deposit
Cancellation Processing Fee: $10

Cabins, Cottages & Glamping Sites:
3-day advance notice required or forfeit first-night deposit
Cancellation Processing Fee: $25

Major Holiday / Special Event Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the first night's stay. Reservations require a minimum deposit equal to the first night’s stay at the time of reservations. This policy applies to all reservation types. Our major holidays are MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve.
