• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card
• An advanced deposit of the first night’s room and tax is required. Your credit card will be charged at the time the reservation is made
• The maximum stay for any guest is 14 days unless prior approval is granted by the General Manager.
• Please note our online booking system may not reflect all of our availability. If you do not see your preferred accommodation, please contact the front desk for details at 650-879-1100
• As a safety precaution, unless otherwise specified by the reservation holder, Costanoa will only give out keys at time of registration to the guest(s) whose name is listed on the reservation. Upon Check in guest will be asked for a valid ID and Credit Card.
• Reservations may be booked up to 12 months in advance
• Guests under the age of 18 must provide a credit card authorization provided by a party 18 years or older
• No rollaways are available for any room or tent bungalow accommodation unless otherwise noted
• Costanoa does not provide cribs or pack ‘n plays

GUEST POLICIES: All pets must be registered at time of check in and must be leashed at all times. Quiet hours are 10 PM until 9 AM. There are no refunds for early departure. Due to guest privacy, drones are prohibited on the property. Checkout time is 11am. A parking fee of $25 will be charge only for 3rd vehicle with the exception of fully electric vehicles.
HOSPITALITY UNIT POLICIES: Lodge pet fee is $75.00 for entire stay in all accommodations. Pet fee is $10.00 per pet in RV. We accept service animals. Due to our property insurance policy breed restrictions must apply. The following are NOT permitted: Dobermans, Pit Bulls or Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Chows, Wolves, Rottweilers or cross breeds thereof. If an accident occurs in the room and a deep clean is needed there will be a $150 fee; Smoking is prohibited in all rental accommodations and within 20 feet of any building per California State Law. Smoking violations will result in a $250 fee.
RV SITE POLICIES: All RVs must be RVIA certified and are subject to management approval. One vehicle is allowed per site and must be parked completely on the site. A site cleaning fee of $100 will be applied for any pet waste, chalk art, glitter, dump waste, or trash left after check out.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Management is not liable to Guest or occupants or invitees and Guest, on behalf of all persons in Guest’s party, or Guest’s invitees hereby waive and forever release and discharge the RV Park and Park Management of any liability for personal injury for any cause, and damage or loss of personal property which results from the NEGLIGENCE of the RV Park or Park Management, including, but not limited to: fire, smoke, wind, snow, rain, flood, water or pipe leaks, hail, ice, lightning, explosion, earthquake, insect bites, dog bites, interruption of utilities, theft, vandalism, uneven terrain, or falling tree branches unless otherwise required by law. Management assumes no responsibility for loss of property left in autos, indoor accommodations, RVs, or resort common areas during or after your stay. You are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for your RV and personal property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Should you refuse to follow the Park procedures and policies during your stay, you may be asked to leave without refund.
By signing below, the Guest agrees to pay a fee up to $500 for any damages incurred to hospitality unit or lost, stolen or damaged items therein, that may have occurred during your stay. The guest also authorizes the proper to charge the card on file for any balance remaining after check out. Occupants of the unit are authorized by the guest to charge to the unit from any outlet of the resort. The guest is liable for any and all charges posted to their unit(s).
