Refund Policy

COTA RV does not issue refunds for service disruptions, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are beyond the personnel’s ability to control. There are no refunds issued for early departure.

If the guest is owed a refund and the original credit card on file is no longer active, the guest will receive a user credit to be used for a future reservation within the next 6 months.

* There are no refunds for any reservations made for major events

• GT World Challenge April 24th - April 27th
• WEC September 3rd - September 8th 
• Motoamerica September 10th - September 15th
