Cotton Love RV Park Cancellation Policy

Monthly Rentals:

• Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance of arrival will incur a $50 fee.  
• Reservations cancelled less than 60 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit and first month’s rent

Daily and Weekly Rentals:

• Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance of arrival will incur a $50 fee.  
• Reservations cancelled Between 14 and 60 days in advance of arrival will incur a fee of 50% of the reservation stay.
• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit a refund of any kind.
