Coulee Playland Terms and Conditions

Campground Rules and Regulations 

1. Do not move picnic tables from your site whether it is into a different site or anywhere else.

2. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed with proper disposal of butts on the grounds.

3. Pets are allowed on the campgrounds if waste is disposed of properly.  

4. With respect for other guests and the surrounding community, a noise-curfew of 10:00pm will be strictly enforced.

5. Guest groups must provide adult supervision for school-age participants.

6. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age must be under the supervision of parents or other responsible adults. Overnight lodging will not be permitted for those without adult supervision.

7. Possession or use of any weapon, firearm, or fireworks is strictly prohibited.

8. Swimming in Banks Lake is done so at your own risk.

9. Fire rings are not trash cans. Do not leave trash at campsite. 

10. Do not dig holes in the campsite. Do not move picnic table from campsite.

Facility Care & Check-in/Check-out Times

1. Check-in time is no sooner than 1 pm. Check-out time is no later than noon (12 pm).

2. Sunday check-in time is no sooner than 4pm.  Check-out time is no later than 3pm.

 

Swim at Your Own Risk-No Lifeguard on Duty

I agree and acknowledge that Coulee Playland is a swim at your own risk, which means that there is not a lifeguard on duty. I further agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, guests, family, and those I give access to, at all times.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations will require the first night paid in full per site. All reservations cancelled will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee regardless of when they were made or why they are cancelled. All cancelled reservations within 7 days of arrival date will NOT be subject to a refund of deposit. Cancellations made any other time will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Policy Agreement & Release of Liability

      IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE TO USER, OR ANY OF USER’S VISITORS, GUESTS OR INVITEES, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, EQUITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORSEEABLE, AND WHETHER OR NOT USER OR OWNER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, OWNER’S ACTS OR OMISSIONS, OR THE OCCUPANCY OR USE OF THE CAMPSITE AND THE PROPERTY.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USER COVENANTS NOT TO SUE, WAIVES, AND FULLY AND FOREVER RELEASES AND DISCHARGES OWNER AND ALL INDEMNITEES OF, FROM AND IN CONNECTION WITH, ALL CLAIMS OR LIABILITIES AND ANY AND ALL DAMAGES AS SET FORTH HEREIN, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, OWNER’S ACTS OR OMISSIONS, OR THE OCCUPANCY OR USE OF THE CAMPSITE AND THE PROPERTY.
