Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date, not including day of arrival, are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00

Cancellations made within 3 days of scheduled arrival shall be charged 1 night fee.

Cancellations made on day of arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Modifications made (change of dates, accommodation type, site location, and duration of stay) may be subject to additional fees.

Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclimate weather,
