Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit or debit card. By providing a credit or debit card number, you are giving Country Acres Resort authorization to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at departure.
Any damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required shall result in the card on file being charged accordingly.
Check out time is 11 a.m. for cabins and lodging units and 12:00 p.m. for campsites and RV sites. A late check-out may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.
We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.

Reservations: RV Sites

RV's must be 15 years or newer and in good condition. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one (1) RV is permitted per site.
All RV rates include 4 people per site. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additonal fee of $10 per person, per day.
Maximum of three (3) well behaved pets allowed in RV sites. Sorry no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed on sites. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types. There is a one-time $25 fee for pet reservation.
Proof of vaccination and insurance for pets must be made readily available if asked for by management.
RV check in time is 1:00 p.m.

Reservations for Cabins/Lodging

Maximum of two (2) well behaved pets allowed in accommodations. Please alert the resort in advance if you will be traveling with a pet. Sorry no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed on sites. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.There is a one-time $25 fee for pet reservation
No RV's, boats, trailers or etc, may be parked at the accomodation. Please inquire with the Front Desk for alternate parking areas, subject to an additional fee.
Check in for cabins/lodging is 3:00 p.m.

Parking: All sites allow for two passenger vehicles, all other passenger vehicles, boats, rv's, trailers, etc. are subject to an additonal fee.
Upon arrival please check with the front office staff to let them know you have arrived, you will receive a map of the park as well as highlights of the resort rules. Please feel free to ask the front desk any questions you may have.

Acknowledgement: By placing a reservation, you agree that you have read and shall abide by all resort policies as they have been presented herein and upon arrival to the resort.

There is a $5.00 non-refundable online booking fee per reservation.
