Country Aire Campground, Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts

Speed Limit:

5 mph for vehicles of  any type. You must have a driver's license to operate any motorized vehicle on the campground.

Disturbance/ Emergancies:

Report broken equipment or disturbances at the main office. After hours, use the yellow call box by the office door.

Curfew:

Your children 14 yr.and younger Must be with Parents no later the 9 pm. Teens Must be with Parents by 10 pm.It is the parents responibility to assure your Children whereabouts and safety at ALL TIMES.No child or teen may ever be left at the park without an adult in charge.

Playground:

Hours are 8 am  - Dusk. No one is permitted on playgrounds after hours. Parental supervision is required.

Bicycles:

Massachusetts Law: 16 years and younger must wear a HELMET. Lights must be on to ride after dusk. Please use bicycle racks by main buildings.

Pets:

Your pets are welcome, on a none retractable leash. Rabies vaccination paper work is required,( the image on phone is accepted) at check in. Only two pets per site: do not let your pets bark, or leave unattended day or night. Children may not walk the dogs without an adult. Sorry no Pittbull or Rottweiler are accepted in the park. We have the right to forfeit your pet camping privilage if we feel the pet is a nuisance in anyway, or a safety threat to other campers. Day or overnight visitors may not bring a pet with them.

Camp Fires:

Do not mnove the firerings, one fire ring on each site. Fires must be inside the ring provided, and be kept low,(no bon fires). Put the fire out when going to bed or leaving the site.

Camp Firewood:

Outside firewood is prohibited from being brought into the campground.Forestry officials now understand that this practice contributes to the spread of invasive species such as the Asian Longhorn Beetle or the Emerald Ash Borer. We provide firewood a reasonable price.

Quiet Hours:

10 pm - 8 am. Fires are to be no higher than 1 foot above the rim of the fire ring. Bright lights will be need to be toned down or turned off. If you have to be asked to quiet down a second time you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Trash:

Dumpster are located a the entrance of the park. Do not burn trash in your firering. There is no recycling in this area.

Water Usage:

The campground operates on a well: do your part to conserve water. Absolutely no washing of the cars or RV's.

Swimming Pool:

Opens at 9:30 am closes at Dusk. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children 16 year and younger mus tbe supervised by an adult. Un-toilet trained children must wear swim diapers. Read and obey the rules posted at the pool.

Visitors Fee:

Children 3-16 yr   $3.00    Day  8 am - 10 pm

                          $5.00   Overnight 10 pm - 12 noon

Adult 17 yr +       $5.00    Day 8 am - 10 pm

                          $9.00    Overnight 10 pm - 12 noon

The number of visitors will be limited by the space of your site. No visitors will be allowed in after 9 pm. All visitors must be registed before they enter the campground. Visitors may not bring pets with them.

Alcoholic Beverages:

Alcoholic Beverages are permitted, in accordance with Massachusetts law; no visible open container are allowed. Please place cans or bottles into a cozies.

911:

Call 911 for emergencies, and notify the front desk, use the yellow call box by the main office door after hours.

This capground is under 24 - hour video surveillance.

Recharging of Electric vehicles is Prohibited.

No refunds will be given for early departures or cancellations related to bad weather.

We are privately-owned and reserve the right to deny or revoke any camping privileges to any registered guest at any time that we determine the person or persons, are a disturbance to us, or any of our guests. Absolutely no refunds will be given. Our local police departent works closely with us to ensure a safe and peaceful environment. No illegal drug, firearms, or fireworks are allowed. We are not responsible for loss of personal property or valuables of any kind.
