Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least one day notice for short stays of one to seven days. One week for reservations longer than seven days.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than one day prior to arrival (short term stays): Refund forfeited
• Cancellations made 1 day or more prior to arrival (short term stays): Full refund minus credit card fee (3% of total) and booking fee of $3.00.
• Cancellations made 7 nights or less prior to arrival on Extended Stay sites: There will be a $50.00 fee.
• Cancellations made 8 nights or more prior to arrival on Extended Stay sites: Full refund minus credit card fee (3% of total) and booking fee of $3.00.
