Terms & Conditions

Speed limit is 3 to 5 miles per hour. No driving on the grass. No door mats on grass. No spikes in the grass. Quiet time from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. All pets must be on a leash. You must clean up after your pet. No trash cans outside, all trash must be disposed in large recepticles. No clothes lines. Children must be monitored at all times by an adult. No tying animals to our trees with tethers or leashes. No animal cages or fencing without prior approval by management.  Distinguish all fires in the common area fire pit before leaving that area. No grills or fire pits on the grass. Grills and portable fire pits are allowed in gravel area of your camp site.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than one day prior to arrival (short term stays): Refund forfeited
• Cancellations made 1 day or more prior to arrival (short term stays): Full refund minus credit card fee (.035% of total) and booking fee of $3.00.
• Cancellations made 7 nights or less prior to arrival on Extended Stay sites: There will be a $50.00 fee.
• Cancellations made 8 nights or more prior to arrival on Extended Stay sites: Full refund minus credit card fee (3% of total) and booking fee of $3.00.
