Refund Policy

Daily/Weekly: Canceled reservations will receive a full refund, less a $15 cancellation fee.

Monthly: Reservations canceled more than 14 days from arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled less than 14 days from arrival date will receive a 50% refund, less a $50 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for early departures, "No Shows", inclement weather, failure to follow the Park Rules and Terms or for mandatory evacuation order given by competent authority. Electricity Security deposits are refunded on monthly stays, upon move-out site inspection and the deduction of the last metered electric charge.Country Pines RV Park, LLC reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment used, no exceptions.
