I agree, and shall cause all in my party, to abide by the Park Rules and Policies, including those rules and policies published at countrysidemt.com/rules, posted at the Campground, or otherwise communicated in any manner by Countryside RV Park Management. I agree to the cancelation policy. I hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Countryside RV Park Montana, Inc. from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) I may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Campground by me or my party or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. Check-Out time is 11:00 am. There is a late check-out fee of $50 if prior arrangements have not been made with the office. Countryside RV Park is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. You may view our Privacy Policy here. Any damages made by me or anyone in my party are subject to repair fees. Fees will be assesed for disposals of trash and pet waste left on site. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Countryside RV Park Rules and Policies I have received via email.
