Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Tent Site, Campsite, RV site, and Cabin rentals:

Please contact Ranger Leo Bevier to request a refund or ask questions. 509.758.7575 or leo.bevier@scouting.org

If the cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 75% refund.
If the cancellation is made 14-29 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund.
If the cancellation is made 7-13 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 25% refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the reservation start date.
 

For Special Event and Wedding rentals:

Please contact Facility Manager Marcia Hunt to request a refund or ask questions. 509.242.8235 or marcia.hunt@scouting.org

If the cancellation is made at least 180 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 75% refund.
If the cancellation is made 90-179 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 50% refund.
If the cancellation is made 30-89 days in advance of the reservation start date, guest will receive a 25% refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the reservation start date.
