Cancellation Policy

Coyote Gulch RV Park understands plans can always change and we will do our best to work with you on your schedule. We do ask you please abide by this policy if plans do change. Any questions or concerns please contact office.  

Stays shorter than 28 nights 

• Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7days prior to arrival, will result in no refund. 

• Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will forfeit 1 night deposit. 

• Cancellations 15 or more days guest will receive a full refund minus the $15.00 processing fee.  

Monthly stays 29 days and longer please contact the office for cancellation.
