Canceling reservations

Daily and Weekly Reservations: Reservations canceled up to 7 days in advance of arrival will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $20 Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will result in a fee equal to one night’s stay.

Monthly reservations canceled between 15 days or more in advance of arrival will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will result in total forfeiture of the deposit.
