Refund Policy

CAMPSITE Cancellation & Refund Policy: Non-holiday periods: Full refund, less $15 processing fee. For holiday periods which require pre-payment one month prior to arrival, if cancelled with more than two weeks notice, refund will be given less one night fee. If cancelled with less than two weeks notice, camper may lose whole amount unless site can be re-sold for same period. Where possible, rain-checks are issued to be used in same year. Rentals: see separate cancellation policy below.

RENTAL UNIT Cancellation & Refund: To cancel a Cabin or RV rental, please call 607-278-5293.

• If more than two weeks notice, refund given less one night fee (the deposit).
• If less than two weeks notice, no refund given unless Rental is sold for same period. Where possible, rain-checks are issued to be used in same year.
