Creekside Camp, Florence, Alabama
By registering as a Guest at Creekside Camp, all guests accept the following for themselves and their party.
Creekside Camp Policies & Rules
General:
1. Guests and Visitors are soley responsible for any and all damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
2. Guests and Visitors assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Creekside Camp harmless from and indemnify Creekside Camp against the same.
3. Creekside Camp is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
4. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
5. All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
6. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
7. Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. Loud music, TVs, visitors, or guests during quiet hours will result in eviction and forfeiture of reservation and credit.
8. Any suspected drug use, sale, or paraphernalia will be reported to law enforcement and will call for immediate eviction and forfeiture of reservation and refund/credit.
9. Alcohol or alcohol use is not permitted outside of Guests' units at Creekside Camp.
10. All units must be self contained. No tent camping is allowed.
11. Maximum of 8 people total at a site at any given time including visitors.
12. Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 8 a.m. & 10 p.m.
13. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10 p.m.
14. Visitors are not allowed to use boat launch. Only registered guests are permitted use of boat launch.
15. Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
16. Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
17. Washing RVs, vehicles, or watercraft on property is not allowed.
18. The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
19. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
20. No flags, signs, banners, or posters etc. of political/religious nature allowed.
20. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles are allowed per site. Each golf cart or trailer will be counted as a vehicle.
21. No ATVs are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to 4 wheelers, 3 wheelers, dirt bikes, side by sides, etc…
22. All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles.
23. Do not leave trash out overnight.
24. Drones may not be used at any time on the property.
25. Guests are expected to respect the community and neighbors. Trespassing on others’ property will not be tolerated.

Check-Out Time: All Sites: 12:00 PM
Pet Policy:
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests.
2. Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
3. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
4. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets.
5. Creekside Camp is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
Kayak useage:
1. Kayaks are provided for, and ONLY for, registered Creekside Camp guests.
2. Guests and their party must utilize their own Personal Flotation Device at all times when using kayaks.
3. Kayaks must be carried, not dragged; to and from the water.
4. Kayaks and paddles must be returned to and stored, bottom up; on the kayak rack when not in the water. Do not leave kayaks at your site or on the boat launch.
Assumption of Risk: By registering as a guest of Creekside Camp, I accept the following for myself and my entire party, including but not limited to; children, dependents, and pets. I understand and accept that using the provided kayaks and participating in kayaking exposes me and my party to many hazards and entails unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to drowning or bodily injury) and loss of or damage to property. I also understand that all members of my party should be in good physical health to participate in kayaking. I choose for myself and my party to participate in kayaking in spite of these risks and hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and my party and loss of or damage to property arising out of using provided kayaks and participating in kayaking. I understand the inherent risk involved in using this equipment; accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result.
Waiver and Release: In consideration of Creekside Camp LLC providing me this kayak, I specifically release and forever discharge Creekside Camp and its officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability or claims for injury, illness, death or loss of or damage to property which I may suffer while using provided kayaks and participating in kayaking. This discharge specifically includes, but is not limited to, liability or claims for injury, illness, death or damage caused by the negligence of Creekside Camp or its officers, agents, or employees. It is my intent by the Waiver and Release Agreement to release Creekside Camp or its officers, agents, or employees, and hold them harmless from all liability for any such property loss or damage, personal injury or loss of life, whether caused by the negligence of Creekside Camp or whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory. I fully recognize that if injury, illness, death or damage occurs to me or my party while I am engaged in using provided kayaks or participating in kayaking, I will have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against Creekside Camp or its officers, agents or employees, even if they or any of them negligently cause my injury, illness, death or damage.
