Accidents / Incidents
Report any accidents or incidents to management within 24 hours.
Alcohol
Keep alcoholic beverages at your campsite only.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 1:00 p.m.
Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.
Children
Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and supervision at all times, including in bathhouses and restrooms. You are financially responsible for any damage caused by your children.
Drones
Drones are not allowed on the property for safety and privacy reasons.
Emergency Information
Dial 911 for emergencies. An emergency phone is available near the pool and office.
Firewood & Fire Pits
Firewood is available for purchase at the office.
Only use designated fire pits.
Do not move or modify fire rings or their placement.
Campfires must be attended at all times.
No portable gas firepits allowed.
You are responsible for any damage caused by improper fire use.
Golf Carts
Drivers must be 16 or older to operate a golf cart.
Grass Protection
Grass mats, rugs, or tarps are not permitted on grassy areas. If absolutely necessary, use only breathable materials for a short period of time.
Laundry Facilities
Only one washer/dryer set per party at a time.
Do not leave clothes unattended.
Mail Service
There is no mail service on the property. Please make alternate arrangements.
Natural Hazards
Creekside RV Park is surrounded by trees and natural elements.
We are not responsible for damage caused by falling trees, branches, or other natural events.
Guests are responsible for securing their property and assume all risk related to weather.
Occupancy
Rates include up to 4 guests 6 person max per site.
Additional charge of $3 per night for guest 7 and older.
Parking / Vehicles
One RV and one vehicle per site.
Extra vehicles must park in the visitor lot.
Do not park on grass, other campsites, or the road.
Do not park at another campsite.
Do not move from one campsite to another without permission
Pets
Maximum 3 pets per site.
Must be on a 6-foot leash and current on vaccinations.
Aggressive behavior is not tolerated.
Only service dogs are allowed in buildings or pool areas.
Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
Pets may not be left tied up or unattended at any time.
Pets must be under control and with their owner at all times.
Pet fences are allowed only on gravel or concrete patio, not on grass.
Pool Rules
Swim at your own risk.
Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Follow posted pool rules.
No diving or rough play.
Property Care
Please treat the property with care and respect.
Any damage to structures, grass, fencing, or natural areas may result in additional charges.
Prohibited Items & Activities
Generators, tents (in undesignated areas), fireworks, firearms, disorderly conduct, clotheslines, permanent utility connections, digging, ATVs, political flags/decorations, and on-site maintenance or washing of vehicles/campers are not allowed.
Do not feed wildlife such as geese or ducks.
Do not tie anything to trees.
Do not wash vehicles or campers.
Do not move from one campsite to another without approval.
Quiet Hours
10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Please keep noise levels down during these hours.
RVs
Only factory-made RVs allowed: Class A, B, C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-up campers, cab-over truck campers, and toy haulers.
RVs must be in good condition, free of leaks, and properly leveled.
Subleasing of RV pads or campers is not allowed.
Sewer Connections
Use a rubber donut or watertight collar on all sewer connections.
Available for purchase at the office.
Speed Limit
5 mph or less throughout the park.
Tents & Canopies
No tents allowed. Canopy structures are not allowed near the creek and also cannot have a bottom.This helps protect the natural habitat, prevent erosion, and maintain the view.
Trash & Site Cleanliness
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Do not leave trash outside your RV.
A cleaning fee may apply if staff must clean your site.
Vendor & Sales Policy
No sale or solicitation of products, including souvenirs, food, or merchandise is allowed.
Visitor Policy
Visitors must register and obtain a car permit at the office.
Vehicles without a permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. during high occupancy.
Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.
Water Hydrants
Disconnect hoses when temperatures drop below 32°F.
You will be responsible for any damage caused by frozen pipes.
NOTICE: Creekside RV Park and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives are not responsible and assume no liability for any event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, acts of God, or any other loss, whether injury or loss of property. Additionally, all persons (including visitors) registered to a site agree to release and indemnify Creekside RV Park and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all injuries, claims, or damages arising out of the use of the park or its amenities including, but not limited to, buildings, firepits, golf carts, wildlife, and pool. Park staff reserves the right to refuse service to or evict anyone, without prior notice, who creates a disturbance or deliberately breaks any of the park’s policies. Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any fees
