Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: 100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before start of rental. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before start
of rental. No refund if cancelled less than 7 day. All no-show reservations will forfeit the deposit and all rent money. The reservation will be cancelled at noon the following day. In the event that a guest has made payments to reserve Creekside Lot #55 & a hurricane is predicted to impact Foley, AL., during the time of the guest’s reservation all money will be refunded. If there is a mandatory evacuation order during your stay, a partial
refund will be made for days not used. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.
