Terms & Conditions

• RV Age limited to 15 year old or newer (older with approval)
• Speed Limit is 10 MPH for all motorized vehicles
• Resort is protected by 24-hour Audio and Video
  Surveillance
• NO parking on Grass
• Only one RV and two personal vehicles (automobile or truck) shall be parked or maintained on any Lot.
  Motorcycles or scooters (Maximum of 2) and 1 golf cart are also allowed as long as there is room without parking on grass or outdoor kitchen/hang out space area
• All motorized vehicles must be parked on the main pad of their lot and not on grass or outdoor kitchen/patio area
• No Boats, Boat Trailers, Utility Trailers, Cargo Trailers, Car Dollies, Horse Trailers, or tents. Store offsite immediately after RV Setup. Violators will be fined $100.00 a day.
• Propane fire-pits only NO WOOD FIRES
• Pond is for catch and release only
• Pets must be on a leash at all times
• NO washing of pets in bathhouse
• Clean up after your pets
• No pet pens or any type of fencing
• No clothes line allowed
• Pool Hours are 07:30 till 10 p.m.
• No children under 12 years of age in the pool area without an Adult
• No glass containers allowed in the pool area
• Do Not leave personal items at the pool (floats, towels, etc.). These items will be removed and disposed of daily
• Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. until 7 a.m.
• Lawn crew mows every Wednesday, please ensure all items are off the grass
• Sprinklers run Tue and Fri between 10:00 PM and 0730 AM
• Camper must be less than 15 years old. If older, please send a picture to rootdaddy@charter.net for approval

• Dumpster is located in back of park and is for household garbage only
