Weekly and monthly renters are charged electricity based on usage at .12 cents/kilowatt. 

Pet Policy:

For the safety and consideration of all guests, we require that all dogs be kept on a leash whenever they are not inside the RV or within the designated Dog Park area. Dogs should never be left outside unattended. Dog poop should always be picked up!! This policy ensures a secure environment for both pets and fellow campers. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for adhering to our pet policy. You will be issued a warning for the first violation. The second one will be $25 fee.
