*NEW Park Rule for 2025 Season*

  • No campsites may be occupied prior to the park opening date of May 15 or after the closure date of October 1. Failure to comply will result in a $1,000 penalty to be assessed and charged to the card on file or billed to camper. 
  • We appreciate your compliance on this rule so that necessary maintenance and upgrades to campsites may be made in the off season.

General Terms

  • Reservation holds for Missaukee County Residents begin 10/7/2024
    • Only 1 reservation per Missaukee County Address will be allowed on 10/7/2024
      • 2 Seasonal Camping reservations/2 Boat Slips or any combination thereof under 1 Missaukee County Address will be cancelled and not allowed to reserve for the 2025 season
      • 1 Seasonal Camping and 1 Seasonal Boat Slip are permissable under 1 address
    • Reservations made with a Missaukee address but with intentions to be occupied by a non-resident are subject to cancellation. 
    • Only 1 boat slip per registered address will be allowed. 
      • P.O. Box's are ineligible to be counted as a registered address
  • $10.00 non-refundable processing fee is required for all reservations.
  • No personal checks will be accepted upon arrival to campground. Any remaining balance must be paid for in full by May 15, 2025. 
  • The person registered will be responsible for the condition of the cabin.
  • We reserve the right to not renew a booking to any guest who has not arranged for all of their dates in advance. We will do our best to move guests to the next best available site (if necessary).
  • Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking and are subject to change. Changes made after your reservation has been confirmed may result in higher rates.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please shut off all broadcasting devices and take animals, who may create noise, inside your living arrangements. 
  • Quiet operating generators are allowed only on campsites without electrical pedestals when forecasted heat reaches in excess of 90 degrees. Please shut off generators at 10pm. 

Vehicle Entrance Passes

  • All vehicles entering will be required to have an entrance pass
  • Daily Passes must be displayed upon dash of vehicle
  • Annual permits must be properly affixed to your windshield (lower left, driver’s side windshield) before they are considered valid. 
    • Vehicles without a proper pass are subject to towing at owners expense.  

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Two-night minimum stay required for the Cabin.

Required Deposits

Bookings less than 30 days require payment in full at time of reservation. 

Bookings 31 days or greater require 30% deposit at time of reservation. 

Check-In and Check-Out

No early check-ins allowed.

  • Cabin Rentals: Check-in after 3pm. Check out by 11am.
  • Campsites: Check-in after 3pm. Check out by 11am.

Refund Policy

In an effort to ensure fair distribution of campsites for all of our customers, the following Cancellation Policy is being implemented effective November 1st, 2022: 

  • Seasonal Cancellations:
    • 31+ day notice: 100% refund, minus a $10 booking fee.
    • 30 days or less notice: 70% refund of original booking fee (including nights not used). 
  • All Other Cancellations:
    • 31+ day notice: 100% refund, minus a $10 booking fee. 
    • 30 days or less notice: 70% refund of original booking fee (including nights not used). 
  • Annual Passes: Refunds will only be given if the permit is still attached to original packaging and intact with receipt present. 
  • Day Passes: None Given

No-Show Policy

Contact us and let us know if you will be delayed, we can hold your site for you if paid in FULL.

Reservations are considered a no-show if you have not contacted us or arrived by 11am, 48 hours after your arrival date. No-show reservations may be subjected to automatic cancellation. 

Seasonal Campers: If your arrival will be later than June 1st, please call office before May 15th for us to note your expected arrival date. 
           

Leave Early Policy

  • Departures after 3pm will not recieve a refund for that night. 

Minimum Age Requirements

By accepting a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that: you are 18+ years old for a campsite or cabin and you are personally staying on the campsite or in the cabin.

Firewood Rules

DO NOT bring firewood that has bugs or holes present or was not purchased locally. These rules follow state guidelines and may be subjected to penalties if in violation of state law. 

Do not build fire to the point it extrudes from wall of fire ring. Guests will be asked to leave should they display unsafe behavior regarding fires. 

Pet Rules

Cabin: No Pets Allowed. Yes, we allow pets in park, but not in or around our Cabin, which need to be safe for people with serious allergies. Guests with pets in Cabin will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.

Campsites: Dogs are allowed in park, provided they are leashed and under control at all times. Dogs must NOT be left unattended outside. They may be left alone in your camper if they will NOT disturb your neighbors. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet. If your dog barks and causes complaints - you will be asked to leave. Please clean up after your pet, if pet leaves mess and it is not addressed then owner and pet will be subjected to ejection from park. 

Vehicle Policy

  • Limit of two vehicles per cabin/campsite location, including any overnight guests (motorhome and tow are considered one).
  • Golf Carts and ORV's are not permitted within park. Any golf cart or ORV must remain on trailer while on campsite. 

Visitor Policy

  • Day Guests: Passes are $5.00/day, per vehicle. Annual Passes are $15. Visiting hours are 8am-12am.
  • Overnight Guests: Occupancy and vehicle counts may not exceed limits with the addition of overnight guests.
    • Exceeeded limit of 6 people per site will require the purchase of an additional campsite and is subject to availability

Cabins

Bring your own bedding, towels and anything you need for campfire cooking and eating. Cabin has lights, electricity, windows and screens. Cabin has communal bathroom and shower buildings located nearby. Also has a covered porch, fire ring, small table and chairs. There is a fire ring outside for cooking and fans are allowed. Space heaters and air conditioners are not allowed. 

NO pets, NO smoking, NO cooking inside Cabin.  If violated, or if there are damages to your unit, you could be charged a penalty for cabin rental after your check-out date to cover damages caused towards property. 

Additional sleeping tents are not allowed around cabin. If you need additional space, you will need to purchase an additional campsite. 

Campsites

  • Limit of one camping unit per site (travel trailer, popup, van, motorhome, etc.): A second camping unit requires a separate, additional campsite. Easy up, shade tents are allowed, provided 3 sides are visible at all times. 
    • There is no limit to number of tents on short term stays (15 days or less). However, any equipment brought on to site must fit within a 4' barrier from inside of site boundary and allow vehicles to be parked in such a manner they remain fully on campsite. 
  • Limit of six persons per site, including guests: Additional overnight guests will require purchase of additional campsite and are subject to availability.
