 In Consideration for myself, and all persons entering under MY Supervision, being permitted to camp and/OR participate in the activities at Cross Mountain Campground, I and all persons listed below, agree to the following Waiver and Release: I hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, IDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, Cross Mountain Campground, all officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities: CAMPFIRES, HIKING, FISHING, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, PONDS, WAGON RIDES, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, BICYCLE OR MOTORCYCLE USE, GOLF CARTS, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE. I acknowledge that camping has many hazards and that there are risks that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment. I hereby acknowledge that Cross Mountain Campground is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage incurred during my stay. I hereby acknowledge my dog(s) will be at all times kept on a short leash, not left alone at my campsite, and I will clean all fecal matter up and dispose of properly. My decision to reserve and visit the campground confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at Cross Mountain  Campground. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property without refund for failure to comply with said rules and policies. I hereby consent to photographs and videos taken of me and all parties listed below during our stay at Cross Mountain for purposes of event documentation and promotion. Names will not be published. My decision to reserve and visit confirms that I have a valid rabies certificate for any pets in my party. A copy will and can be provided if necessary.

Balance owed will be auto billed to card on file 3 days prior to arrival
