Roots RV Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit is included in the total fee; the reservation charge is also non-refundable. All cancellations must be requested through our official cancellation form to be processed.

Cancellation Request Form

Cancellations for Bookings Over 60+ Days Before Arrival

Cancellations for bookings made 60+ days in advance will receive a full refund, minus the booking fee.

14 Days - 59 Days Notice

For cancellations made at least 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 75% refund of the total amount paid, minus the booking fee.

4 to 13 Days Notice

For cancellations made between 4 and 13 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the booking fee.

Less Than 4 Days Notice

For cancellations made less than 4 days before your arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Lock Fees and Site Changes

If you have paid a lock-in fee to secure a specific site and the park must switch your reservation to a different site, your lock-in fee will be fully refunded.

Site Changes and Park Cancellations

If the park needs to cancel your reservation, you will receive a minimum of 14 days’ notice and a full refund, including any booking fees.

This typically occurs only if your reservation is on a seasonal site that has been booked by a seasonal guest for the remainder of the season. In such cases, we will first attempt to move your reservation to a different site before canceling.

Seasonal or Extended Seasonal Bookings (6, 9, or 11 Months)

As per our terms and conditions, all deposits and pre-payments for seasonal or extended seasonal bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
