Cancellation Policy

For stays less than a month:

Cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus the $10.00 cancellations fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before stay will receive no refund.

For reservations longer than a month:

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive their $150.00 deposit back minus a $10 cancellation fee. 

Cancellations made less than 30 days will receive no deposit.
