Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of stay, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.  

If you choose to depart early, we do not offer refunds so please plan accordingly and review our cancellation policy.

Any bookings during Sturgis Rally time are to be paid in full with no refunds.

As our website says we have limited wifi, we do not offer refunds for early deperature becasue of no wifi or cell service.
