Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort, Port Huron, Michigan
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
- Specific campsites or glamping units may be requested, but are not guaranteed. We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt-out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but NOT the specific unit number.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds.
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, our campground has a NO REFUND POLICY. You may opt to move your reservation to a different date to avoid losing your deposit.
RV CANCELLATION POLICY:
DEPOSITS FOR MONTHLY (1-3 MONTH CAMPERS) OR SEASONAL CAMPERS ONLY(4-6 MONTH CAMPERS) CAN BE REFUNDED AT 50% OF DEPOSIT AMOUNT IF CANCELLED THREE MONTHS (90 days,) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL OR MORE. THE $5 PER RESERVATION SURCHARGE CHARGED TO EACH CUSTOMER AS THIS AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE.
REQUIRED DEPOSITS PAID FOR DAILY OR WEEKLY RESERVATIONS CAN BE REFUNDED AT 50% IF CANCELLED FIFTEEN DAYS (15 DAYS,) PRIOR TO ARRIVAL/CHECK IN. REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE THE $5 PER RESERVATION SURCHARGE CHARGED TO EACH CUSTOMER AS THIS AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE.
Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (within the required time listed above) will be considered a ‘NO SHOW.’ ‘NO SHOWS’ are subject to the same cancellation policies.
GLAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our intimate size, changes to reservations (including shorter stays,) and cancellations affect us significantly. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
- · Paid reservations are refundable up to 15 days prior to check-in, less a $25 cancellation fee.
- Reservations made or cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Modifications to your reservation dates/sites (if accommodations are available) must be made within the 14-day window prior to your arrival, including rescheduling or shortening your reservation. There is a $25 change fee and any changes must be made within the calendar year.
- No shows: If you do not call or arrive by 9 pm on the day of your arrival your unit may be forfeited, and your reservation will be non-refundable.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
PH RV Resort or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing whosoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
The following are the rules and regulations of PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort, otherwise known as “Campground” for purposes of these rules and regulations. Also, for purposes of these rules and regulations, “Camper” shall mean all persons who are staying in the park under agreement (verbal or written) with the PH RV RESORT LLC DBA Dancing Fire Glamping and RV Resort. to pay site rent and/or all persons who claim a right to occupy a site in the park under such agreement. A guest shall mean any person who is not registered as “Camper” under the site agreement with the owner but who has been invited by “Camper” to visit the Park. “Campground”, shall mean the owner of the park and/or any Park Management.
A. Campers’ tenancy is a tenancy at will for so long as rent is paid in advance. No more than six (6) people allowed per campsite, and we require a minimum of 4ft. clearance on all sides of the site in compliance with state law.
B. Campers guests must register at office upon arrival at the park. If any Campsite has more than 2 persons per RV unit, there will be an additional charge to camper of $5.00 per day per person for each excess person excluding children.
1. Sub-letting of any RV lot or renting of any RV unit by any camper is prohibited.
A. Placing of “For Sale” sign in or around any Camper RV unit is prohibited.
2. Campground has a NO REFUND POLICY. No refunds will be made on advance payments if Campground terminates tenancy.
3. Campground is not responsible for any loss due to fire, windstorm, flood, accident, or theft. The Park does not maintain insurance on the property, trailers, contents, etc. of the camper or their guests.
4. No guest travel trailers, campers, or camper trucks of any sort will be stored or parked for overnight use on a Campers site. Campers or toppers, and/or boats cannot be stored on lot. No decks, sheds, buildings, permanent structures, additions, awnings, patios, privacy screens or fences shall be built stored, installed, or kept with the campground unless owned/approved by Campground.
5. Each Camper is provided with off-street parking space for one vehicle.
6. The cost of repair of stoppage of sewer lines or damage to utilities or damage to facilities or buildings caused by the Camper, their dependents or guests will be charged to the Camper.
7. Amenities may only be used by Campers and their invited guests. Children visiting Campers may use the amenities only under the supervision of an adult Camper.
8. All Campers and their guests must observe the speed limit of 5 miles per hour within the park.
9. Children under 16 shall not be permitted in any common or recreation areas of the park unless accompanied by the owner of the RV unit they are visiting, their parents or a responsible adult. Children under 16 should not be operating any motorize vehicle including, cars, trucks, golf carts.
10. All Campers must always keep their lot clean and free from rubbish and trash. Inoperative and/or unregistered automobiles must be removed from the park within 2 days of notice. No storage of any kind is permitted around or under an RV unit.
11. Motorbike riding is permitted only for ingress to and egress from the park.
12. The Campers hereby agrees to respect the privacy and quiet of his neighbor. Campers and Camper’s guests shall fully comply with all statutes, ordinances, health, safety, motor vehicle and fire codes, and the Park Rules and Regulations and revisions and amendments thereto. Failure to comply shall result in the termination of Camper’s agreement and removal of Campers and Camper’s property from the park. No camper nor Glamper is allowed to operate, use, or entertain drone's of any sort for any reason.
13. All pets must be pre-approved by Campground. No aggressive breeds (as determined by PH RV RESORT LLC) shall be allowed in the park, including without limitation, pit bulls, rottweilers, akitas, chows and Dobermans, etc. Campers with pets must keep them on a leash when outside. There are assigned areas for animals to be walked and they are permitted in no other area of the park. Pet excrement must be removed promptly and properly disposed of by the pet owner.
14. Management reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and amend Park rules.
15. All recreational facilities, including clubhouse and pool are used at Campers’ own risk. Campground will not be responsible for personal injury or property damage to Campers, his family, or the tenant’s guests. The pool and clubhouse will be open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm or other hours as Campground determines from time to time.
16. RV Check-out time is at 11:00 am. RV Check-in time is 1:00PM. Site renewal is not automatic.Glamping Check In Time is 3:00pm and Glamping Check Out Time is 11:00am.
17. No alcoholic beverages permitted in common area buildings or recreational areas which is used for general assembly without Campground approval.
18. No peddling, soliciting or commercial enterprise will be allowed in Park.
19. All garbage must be wrapped/bagged and placed in trash receptacles provided by the park. Household cooking grease must be disposed of as garbage and not poured down drains. Disposal of hazardous waste, oil, fuel, etc. within the park or in disposal containers provided by the park is strictly prohibited. All persons needing to dispose of same must contact the necessary governmental authorities and make all necessary arrangements to dispose of same.
20. No repairing of cars, boats, motors, trailers, or any similar disturbing activity on any lot.
21. Mail service will be available after 1:00 pm.
22. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
23. Laundry facilities are provided for your convenience. Clotheslines are not permitted.
24. House refrigerators may not be kept outside trailer.
25. Campground reserves the right to reject any RV unit which is not compatible with units in the park or park guidelines.
26. Any deviation from the above rules must have prior approval of the Park Manager or representative of Campground.
27. No fighting or loud, obnoxious, drunken, threatening, or foul language, conduct, or acts shall be permitted in the park. Campers and Campers’ guests agree and acknowledge that the peaceful enjoyment of the park by Campers is paramount, and that Campground reserves the right to terminate the agreement and remove any persons who threaten or disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other Park Campers.
28. The Park rules and regulations and any revision thereto shall be effective immediately upon proper posting and all Campers shall immediately comply with same. If a new Park Rule or Regulation or revision thereto is posted which requires the Camper to remove an improvement, vehicle, trailer, boat, or mobile home or requires the Camper to make other appropriate preparations and arrangements in order to come into compliance with new Park Rules or Regulations or revisions thereto, then in such case the Camper shall have ten (3) days from the date of posting of the rule or regulation in which to come into compliance. The failure of the Camper to receive a copy of the rules or see a posting of the rules shall not be a defense to full compliance with the park rules and regulations or any amendment thereto which is posted within the park.

GLAMPING LODGING GUIDELINES & POLICIES
It’s our desire that you have the most positive, relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experience. So, for your safety and enjoyment, we ask that you follow and respect the following guidelines and policies:
· Check-in is from 3pm-6pm. Check-out is by 11am. No early check-ins. If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, please inform the office.
· The full amount of reservation is due at the time of booking.
· Minimum and Maximum Glamping Stays: there is a 2-night minimum for weekend bookings (Fri, Sat, or Sun). One week maximum stay for all glamping units.
· Holiday Glamping Stays: All US/Canadian Holidays include a nightly surcharge with a 3-night minimum. The 4th of July has a 4-night minimum and a nightly surcharge.
· NO SMOKING OR VAPING in any of our glamping units. A $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and removing any smoke or vaping odor plus possible damages.
· NOT all units are pet friendly - please inquire about our pet friendly units as well as pet policy below:·
All pets must be pre-approved by Campground. No pets more than 40 lbs. and no aggressive breeds (as determined by PH RV RESORT LLC) shall be allowed in the park. Glampers with pets must keep them on a leash when outside. Pet excrement must be removed promptly and properly disposed of by the pet owner. All guests with pets must bring with them a cage/crate for all pets to be housed when leaving the glamping unit. Cage/crate must be shown when checking in. Any Pet damage costs will be charged to guest’s credit card upon checking out.
· NO tent camping is allowed on glamping sites.
· Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas.
· Cooking indoors is limited to a toaster oven and microwave. Outdoor gas grills are available.
· Please keep the site clean and take all trash to onsite dumpsters. Do not leave trash at your site. Do not burn trash in your fire pit.
· Loud music is not allowed at any time and quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am.
· Please keep your fire pits tidy and always ensure that fires are completely out before leaving the site. If ash buildup needs cleaned out, please let the office staff know.
· Please inspect and assess the condition of all goods upon taking possession. Please report any damaged or broken items to a staff member so we can repair/replace items to ensure an amazing experience for yourself or future guests.
· Renters / guests are responsible for loss or damage during their stay. We inventory ALL items inside and outside each glamping unit (towels, wall hangings, utensils, chairs etc) before and after each guest’s stay. Missing items will be charged back.

By signing below, I agree to adhere to the above policies and understand that this is a legally binding document. This agreement must be signed electronically or at check in. Additionally, when making reservations, guests indicate they have read this specific policy and agree to comply, even upon failure to sign agreement. Guests acknowledge that any damages or stolen items will be charged to their credit card on file.
