Cancellation Policy
* Due to the limited amout of sites offered, we do not accept cancellations. Once book you will be charged in full.
Campground Rules, Curfew, Alcohol Use, Tobacco Use, and Pet Policies
(§ 419.090 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri)

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a campsite with a valid driver’s license.

Guests over the age of 21 may consume alcoholic beverages.

Tobacco and legally-authorized medical marijuana use are prohibited in common use areas of the Park, except in designated smoking areas. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of in a fireproof receptacle.

Any use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the violator and all of his or her guests or co-tenants from the Park.

"Quiet Time" is from 1 AM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

The discharging of firearms, BB guns, paintball guns, bow and arrows, sling shots, or any devices that use burning powder, explosives, compressed gases, etc., is prohibited.

Hunting is not permitted.

Fireworks are not permitted.

Dumping of grey water will not be allowed in the parks, except into the wastewater collection system provided by the Park.

Nails, screws, or any other items shall not be attached to trees or other property belonging to Franky & Louies, LLC.

It is the responsibility of the renter to keep your space clean, neat appearing, and in good repair.

If you have family or friends who visit, it will be acceptable to place one tent on your site during their stay. Tents must be on the site rented.

Golf carts only are acceptable on Franky & Louies, LLC property as long as they are operated in a responsible manner and by licensed operators only. They must be operated on roadways only. Side by Sides, ATVs, Dirt bikes etc, are not permitted in the campground.

Anyone operating a motorized vehicle in a reckless or irresponsible manner will be asked to park the vehicle.

Golf carts operated after dark must have working illuminated lights.

There is an easement road through the park, be aware of vehicles while crossing roadways.

The park speed limit is 5 MPH.

Help keep the park clean by throwing all trash, bottles and cans in trash containers. We have placed dumpsters just across the creek behind the shower house. Each guest will be responsible for deposing of your own garbage. Garbage means your everyday trash that you would normally place in the garbage cans. It does not mean mattresses, dressers, limbs and other rubbish. If you have any items other than garbage to dispose please ask maintenance where it may be taken.

Turn off all outside lights and bug lights at bedtime.

All pets are to be kept on a leash. Walk your pets outside the park grounds. No Pets are allowed in the restaurant or around the swimming or beach area. All pets must be attended. This next subject seems to become an issue with many people. It is evident the more people we have in the park the more dogs we will have, please take care of your pet and clean up after it. A barking dog is like and obnoxious neighbor, no one wants one, no one needs one. You are responsible for your pet, including cleaning up after it. They are not to run wild and they are not to bother anyone else. If you won't control your pet, you will be asked to leave them at home.

Boaters - please observe that Deer Valley is in a "NO WAKE" area. The "IDLE SPEED" buoys are at the end of the cove.

Children are not allowed on the boat docks unless accompanied by an adult. The private docks are for renters of slips. Parents are responsible for their children, please know where they are at all times.

No bike riding, skateboarding, or skating on patio, docks or walk bridge.

Swimming is permitted in the swimming area only. THERE IS NEVER A LIFEGAURD ON DUTY.

No sleeping in boats or boat docks.

No rock throwing- NO DIVING OR JUMPING FROM WALK BRIDGE.

FRANKY & LOUIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.

FRANKY & LOUIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY.
IF YOU RENTED A CAMPSITE OR ARE LEASING A SITE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH OF YOUR GUESTS.
