Refunds and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations require 14 days advance notice to receive a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation/administration fee.  Refunds can take between 10 to 15 days to be processed through the banking system.
• Cancellations requested less than 14 days but more than 5 days will be refunded less one night's stay.
• Cancellations requested less than 5 days' notice will not be refunded.

Now, friends, it is a well-known fact that camping is an outdoor experience.  No refunds will be given due to inclement weather
